PrepFrench is designed to help users prepare more effectively. However, we do not guarantee any specific exam score, CLB level, immigration result, academic result, or professional outcome.

1.2 Account Access

Users may need to create an account to access paid or restricted content.
You agree to:

• use your account only for personal learning
• not share, sell, transfer, or resell your account access

PrepFrench may suspend or terminate accounts if we detect account sharing, suspicious activity, misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these policies.

2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrepFrench, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2.2 Subscription Access

PrepFrench offers paid access to mock exams, practice resources, and other digital learning materials.

Access duration, number of tests, number of attempts, and available features depend on the package purchased and the information displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

• subscriptions are individual and non-transferable
• access begins after purchase or account activation
• access expires according to the selected package
• extensions are not guaranteed
• each user must have their own account

2.3 Test Attempt Rules

Each mock exam may be attempted according to the rules displayed in the user’s purchased plan.

PrepFrench reserves the right to limit attempts, restrict access after completion, or prevent repeated access where necessary to protect exam integrity and platform content.

2.4 Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment processors.

PrepFrench does not store full credit card numbers.

Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes.

2.5 Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where PrepFrench confirms one of the following:

• a verified duplicate payment
• a direct technical failure caused by PrepFrench that prevented access to the purchased service

Refunds are not provided for:

• poor internet connection
• device or browser issues
• user error
• mistaken purchases
• lack of time to use the service
• dissatisfaction with exam performance
• subscription expiry
• failure to read package details before purchase
• account suspension due to policy violations

2.6 Chargebacks

If a user files a chargeback after receiving access to PrepFrench services, PrepFrench may suspend or terminate the account while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

2.7 No Guarantee of Results

PrepFrench does not guarantee:

• TEF Canada success
• a specific score
• a specific CLB level
• immigration eligibility
• permanent residence approval
• job, school, or professional outcomes

All materials are provided for preparation and educational support only.

2.8 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• share account access
• copy, download, screenshot, screen-record, or reproduce platform content
• resell or redistribute PrepFrench materials
• use bots, scraping tools, or automation
• attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with the platform
• upload PrepFrench content to other websites, apps, forums, groups, or social media
• misuse support channels
• impersonate another person
• use the platform for illegal or commercial copying purposes

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

2.9 Termination

PrepFrench may suspend or terminate a user account if the user violates these policies, shares access, abuses the platform, attempts fraud, initiates improper chargebacks, or engages in prohibited conduct.
Termination may result in loss of access without refund.

4.3 Competitor Restrictions

Competitors, tutors, schools, academies, test-prep businesses, or representatives of competing platforms may not purchase or access PrepFrench for the purpose of copying, extracting, reproducing, reviewing, or imitating PrepFrench content, test flows, questions, audio, or platform design.

Any such activity may result in account termination and legal action.

4.4 Technical Protection Measures

PrepFrench may use technical protection tools, including but not limited to:

• watermarking
• IP monitoring
• device/session tracking
• access logs
• anti-copy measures
• anti-screenshot or anti-recording measures
• plagiarism detection

Attempts to bypass these protections are strictly prohibited.
